Cooper started his own property management company that merged with Landstar Property Management in 2024.
His long-term goal of developing his own projects sparked his interest in gaining a deep understanding of the operations and management side of commercial and multi-family real estate. He also owns Ascend Workspace, a coworking space in Kalispell, MT.
Cooper grew up in Bigfork, MT and graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor’s degree in business finance.
