Are pets accepted?

Yes, we require a $500 pet deposit and $50 pet rent added to monthly rent.

When is rent due?

Rent is due between the 1st-5th of each month. If rent is not paid by the 5th at 5:00pm a $50 late fee will be charged.

How do I pay rent?

Rent can be paid online through the tenant portal or by dropping a check off at our office.

I am planning to move out, what is the process?

We require a 30-day move-out notice. You can put in a move out request through your tenant portal, or email office@landstar-mt.com and give formal notice. Once we receive notice we will contact you with move out details such as cleaning, security deposit return, etc.
