A Bigfork native and Montana State University graduate, he launched his career in property management after earning his Business Finance degree in 2020, assembling a portfolio that he later merged with Landstar Property Management in 2024, which was subsequently acquired by Select Property Management in 2026.
His long-term goal of developing his own projects sparked his interest in gaining a deep understanding of the operations and management side of commercial and multi-family real estate. He also owns Ascend Workspace, a coworking space in Kalispell, MT.
Cooper has recently been transitioning into the brokerage space as a licensed real estate salesperson under Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties.
