Cooper started his own property management company that merged with Landstar Property Management in 2024. He enjoys the challenge of automating processes to make the tenant and property owner experience as efficient and easy as possible.
His long-term goal of developing his own projects sparked his interest in gaining a deep understanding of the operations and management side of commercial and multi-family real estate. He also owns Ascend Workspace, a coworking space in Kalispell, MT.
Cooper grew up in Bigfork, MT and graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor’s degree in business finance.
